Plenty of empty seats at Liverpool tonight. Also, Newcastle managed less than 16,000 tonight. It's cold though and it is Plymouth - that'll only attract the hardcore!

I thought the self-appointed "best fans in the world" would sell out any game.

Agreed-one of the biggest myths in football, that.

Yeah, they are only averaging 42,886 this season - poor support.

Do you know these things off the top of your head?  I bet you're really fun at parties.

I'm not denying their support is pretty good - but you would have thought the best fans in the world would have turned up in greater numbers.  Unless the full title is "best fans in the world, unless its cold, or its only Plymouth, or if something else gets in the way".

I'm the life and soul.

Newcastle not having brilliant support is as much a myth as them having the best support.

This is a myth, there's actually no such thing as Newcastle.

Cheesy A mate, from the North East, says that about Wolverhampton.  He's even been there twice. Roll Eyes

The barcode clones are obsessed with losing their season tickets. Home League support - brilliant. Support in Cup competitions - mediocre. Away support - very good.
