was good to hear the SAGA lads in full voice ................... the tube journey to Putney bridge was immense
Heard songs yesterday that I have not heard for 25 years
Put a massive smile on my face
There was a fair few (older and blader)faces in the kings arms that i recognised from years ago singing away.

One more thing. Sheehan was excellent. Clearly worth getting on a 2 year contract. Good enough for the league above.

I must admit I hadn't heard some of them songs before. The SAGA blokes were funny.

My uncle and his kids loved it. They said they had never been part of anything like that at football before. They loved the rude chanting, the funny chanting and the general banter of being in a real football crowd. Theyve never been able to understand why I support Swindon, but I think theyve got a better idea now.

My boys (age 9 and 7) now want to know the words to the celery song.
I am already in trouble with their mum - when she asked them what was the best part of the day they replied "singing "your support is fucking shit""
Happy days
I wonder if you were near us as there were two little uns in front of us pissing themselves at that ! Contrary to what Charlton FC think kids feel about swearing !!? Also anyone try the burgers just as you got into the park off Putney bridge ? Buns harder than Bullock !!!!

What is so funny about my elderly dad being physically unable to stand up to watch an entire football match? I suppose you also think its funny that he was in agony walking to and from the coaches. Fortunately the people sat in the few rows in front of us were really good when I explained and stayed in their seats for pretty much all of the match, even though it meant their view was blocked a bit.
