I was out walking this afternoon and there's still ice in shady places...so I wouldn't take it is given it's on. |

I believe a frost is forecast for tonight down to -3, so as mentioned there is still frost in the ground in shady areas of which the south side is one...so I wouldn't just assume it will be on. |
