I'm proper old skool. I listen to cassettes in my car that I recorded on my stereo because I haven't got around to sorting out a CD player for it yet I get pissed off big time when there are slow drivers in front of me. I would overtake them but I don't have the bottle because I've heard too many storires about accidents. I'd probably estimate that about 80% of my mates have had either a minor or a fatal accident. Just makes you think twice before you do anything too risky

I've got about 20 cassette's in my car and I only ever listen to two, one is The Wedding Present and the other is a compilation Amir did for me. My car rattles because of said tapes. I don't overtake people much either, it's pretty difficult in a 1.1 Clio so I just hope they turn off No accidents though, although I did back into someone's car.

I want a CD player, but there isn't really a lot of point as I'm only going to be driving for another 3/4 months then I'm off to you-knee \o/

One person that I knew, but not really a mate (year older than me) died as a passenger a couple of weeks ago. The same night, one of my quite close mates killed himself and his girlfriend when the car span off and hit a tree. Really shocked me when I first found out, and I've been driving a lot more cautiously since

Might sound harsh but have little sympathy for teenager drivers wrapping themselves around a tree, but I do feel for the parents and passengers if they're involved - it's a crap way to die, simply because someone was too fecking stoopid....
I'm pretty adept in overtaking, but then I drive frequently on backroads to Horsham were a lot of old people pootle along at 25-30mph when the road is easily taken at 60 so I need to be. I don't speed though, 3 more points and I'm out! (You are only allowed 6 points till you have been driving for two years, which for me will be in November).

106 is a nice choice for first car, easy to maintain and you can run one cheaply!

I've got a 106. It's my 2nd car and it's ace. It's a Zest and can pootle along very nicely, I don't generally drive very fast at all but I've taken her to 110 mph on the M1 with 2 fat passengers. Was VERY fast. I've even brought it over here for some Italian loving, though the Italians don't respect her as much as they should.

This coming from the stupid cunt who races in a car that's practically faling apart. I own a '53 plate Corsa SXI owned from new, RRP 10.5K. Hardly falling apart. I've raced her but I openly admit to being a stupid cunt at times. I've also driven the poor dear drunk, but I can be a dickhead at times. I'd never contemplate doing such a thing intentionally, but it was forced upon me - was staying over but friend fell off a 10 ft rope swing and need racing to hospital - 999 refused to answer request as busy and accident not severe enough!

Focus are lush, drink driving is fopr stupid little twats, really need to assess your life if you get behind a wheel drunk, nealy lost 3 of my mates cos some twat got in his car while drunk and drove into their car. The drunk died and quite frankly he deserved too.....
Walrus next time you get in a car after having a drink think about a £5 cab home, better than losing your life, think how your mum will feel identifying your burn fucked up body. Sorry for the rant but for fucks sake grow up.
