Yes, you have to wonder whether they can guarantee. H to get the necessary stewards/police in. Hard to tell how much of Cumbria is badly affected really.

My next door neighbours family live next door to the ground and they say no way will it go ahead if theres any more rain (which is forecast today), their garden is totally flooded and sits higher than the pitch level inside the ground.
I think this game will be a no go.

The goalmouth is a foot under water, no chance this will be on. Be surprised if they don't call it off today.

The team must already be on their way, if not in the area. They should make the decision today for the sake of the fans (so they'll probably have an inspection at noon on Saturday)

They are pumping the water in order to insect the surface underneath (soggy - just a guess). If its marginal they'll surely call it off as soon as given the weather forecast.

From the sounds of it, the emergency services up there are pretty overstretched. So even if the pitch can be made playable, they might ask for it to be postponed

Trains from london are still pulling in on time. If they haven't called it off by 6pm, i'll still head for it. What could go wrong!
