Just got back.

Was like watching our first team, total dominate, all the attacking play - no finisher.

Orients goals were a very good free kick and a defensive mix up/lucky bounce.

First half was even, end to end 1-1 about right. Second half was all town, extra time apart from about 3 seconds was all Town.

Broomfield took his goal very well

Henshall looked alright when he came on. Went down twice in the box. Ref waved one and away (meh, his fall looked exaggerated) and gave one as a free kick literally on the edge of the box.

Thought our best player on show tonight was probably Matty Barnes. Some good crosses which really someone should have got on the end of.

Would you say Barnes is possible first team material Dave? I know Wilson rates him highly.

What with Marshall out on loan, Macklin injured (Although walking about in the stands for what its worth), O'Brien injured and JPM playing in the middle we need more wingers.

Its hard to judge at that age. He gets stuck in and can hold his own against other guys his age. I cant help but think at first team level he'd get pulled and pushed apart.

Definite talent though.
