I know its a long shot but does anyone on here live in North Shropshire or the surrounding area?  I've recently moved to Whitchurch and am looking to get involved in some midweek sporting activity, but an internet search has thrown up precious little.  Like I said its a long shot but you never know...

I lived in Shawbury in the late 1970s/early 1980s if that helps.

Shropshire is a lovely county.  I have happy memories of the place.

I was about 5 miles from Whitchurch all last week. Great part of the country althuogh the driving along the A19 leaves a lot to be desired.
