Anyinsah wants to move back to the West County too.

I'm surprised nobody has signed him yet, he was linked to Bristol Rovers.

That list is clearly a few days behind "real time", but it also includes Fabian Brandy and Liam Chilvers, so we could sort out a wide player, a striker and a centre back, just like that.

Unsurprisingly Rovers and Yeovil are after him.

A bit like De ja vue  at Southend for Sturrock, players that dont want to play,no money,a dodgy board and Barry Corr has a bad back.

SO far the ex Swindon Town contingent at Southend

- Sofiene Zaaboub
- Barry Corr
- Blair Sturrock
- Craig Easton

Rhys Evans was in goal for Southend's 2-0 loss to Dartford over the weekend.

Not a change of location, but Pook has been named as the new Cheltenham skipper, after the previous one fucked off somewhere else.

When he left here I said his football league career was over.  Its nice to see him proving me, and many others, wrong.

To be fair to Pook he looked pretty good for us when we were in League Two. Remember the goal he scored at Grimsby?

Well, not sure about the 'many others' bit  Smiley

I remember a top volley away at Boston that year, great move and a class finish

One thing that is without question is his attitude - something that I'm sure his manager is expecting to rub off on his teammates.

True - but I've always felt that the right attitude or work-rate shouldn't really be used as an attribute - it should be the bare minimum, a "given" as it were.  To me its just professionalism - trying your best to do your job to the best of your abilities.

Quite a few players seem to get by on this for a while.  Believe me, put me in a town shirt and my attitude and work rate will be fucking brilliant.  You won't like me though, because I'm shit at football.
