The Wales international, 25, was signed by former boss Bryan Gunn in the summer from Swansea but has been hampered with calf and groin injuries.

See that Cox was being played in a midfield role on Sat for WBA, and they have just bought in a striker from West Ham on loan, he must have done something to p off di matteo

Cox wasn't signed really signed by Di Matteo - he approved the deal when he took over but WBA were managerless when the deal was being done. Or have I got that all wrong?

That's how I remember it.  Not sure how much Cox would offer playing from midfield - not a lot I'd guess.

Midfield being Centre mid or on the wing. I seem to remember him being a winger as well as a striker.

I suppose to be fair Sat & last night he setup their goals, he's been playing as part of a 5 man midfield in the centre I beleive - not sure how he's playing overall in that position though or why he's not up front
