I think we may have missed that Zak Elbouzedi signed for St. Pat's Athletic a couple of weeks ago in all the 'excitement' over Devoy. No interview suggesting that we made him an offer that I can see!

I liked Elbouzedi.
Not a wing back though.
Winger or wide forward & I think he’d cause a lot of teams a lot of problems.
Type of player our squad currently lacks. Would be a decent bench / change formation option. I wouldn’t have been against his return but not exactly gutted he hasn’t.

Southern League is a proper low standard. Fair play to him for carrying on, but it's a far cry from a deal at Cheltenham being mooted earlier on in the summer.
