Think it's axiomatic that a Div 3/4 club will not produce many players who go on to play top flight.... of more importance is how many make a decent pro career out of it, and so I'd include in that the likes of Scott Doe.... someone mentioned Will Evans t'other day, most on here didn't know who he was, but if you play and get aid for it, not a bad lifestyle.

We had Callum Kennedy on LS, who still makes a living from the game.

Lukas Jutkiewicz, played a few Prem games and plenty of Div 2.   It would be interesting to do a definitive list.

Jake Hyde is another that's made a good go of it at lower/non league

Edit* Sorry didn't read the last page on this thread

Toulouse have released John Bostock. Wouldn’t mind him.

Off to Forest apparently.

Spoke about yesterday on the previous page.
Said to be going back to Forest, at a good age still, shame we never saw the best of him.

Gonna go out on a limb and guess that Accrington aren't paying more than we would have done...

This is pure conjecture and opinion clearly but I reckon they have got the better deal.

Might be paying more than we were willing to though?

Apparently they did when they heard we were going for goalie Smith instead.

Scott Twine scored again yesterday, very similar hit to the goal against Coventry.  Could be an interesting conversation to be had in January.

It was a cracking goal but the defending was shocking and doubt if he would have had that space in league one. If he does continues to score regulary it will be hard for Wellens not to call him back in a couple of months if Pittman dosen't come good
