Louis Thompson dislocated his shoulder so hardly an attritional injury just an impact injury.

My post refers to an attritional season meaning most players will pick up some sort of knocks, during the course of it. You then have to use your squad.... back 5 yers ago, you could play the emergency loan system and get in someone short term.... that's now gone and so we use the out of contract pool for someone like Zakuani.

Really disappointed that Jerry Yates has signed for Blackpool rather than us but can only wish him the very best for the future.
His work rate was exceptional and it would have been nice to see how he developed with us over the next two or three years but we have to move on. Fingers crossed that Anthony Grant doesn’t appear in the Ex players thread for at least a year

Be about the level he is likely to get now with his injury record and lack of games over the last 3+ years. Good luck to him, if he gets back to full fitness he is still a handful for defences especially drifting in from wide left.

At 28 its a big career move as he could have 4 good years left if he gets fit.

Tom Smith voted National League South player of the year, awaiting the comments we should never have let him go!

So L Williams at Franchise couldnt get him firing again so now, Ross Embleton and Cooper want to try at their places. I always find it remarkable how many players follow old staff. Mind you if they can get Gladwin playing as he did for us in league two then they will have a good player.
