Nice to see Simon Cox get a goal for Southend. I know he played in the Prem & for ROI but I still think he could have had a more lengthy career in the top flight. He's easily still Championship tier. Down to how comfortable the player is I guess. Big fish - Little fish scenario (and no cardboard boxes either). Great player.

Exactly the type of player we were crying out for last year, but too old in that climate.

Bristol Shitty fans say he was one of the worst players ever to play for them when on loan from Reading 2 years ago, they say he couldn't pass, shoot or run and contributed nothing, so I would say he is now at his level where he should be, I loved him and would still welcome him back as long as his legs haven't gone yet.

I would guess that Simon Cox knows he's now 3rd Tier level now.

Flint was part of a full strength City side which beat us 4-0 behind closed doors today.

Brophy on the box tonight for Orient at Tranny in the Conference.  Liam Ridehalgh for Tranny, annoyingly the commentator calls him Brophy, like in brontosaurus, rather than Brophy as in bro.

Doesn't look any more like a LB at this level.

Left back, but he's getting forward a lot.

JSW now coming on, Embers getting agitated with the whole thing.... I really hope we don't end up in the Conference any time soon.
