£6million? Fucking hell. Was anyone even remotely bothered when his loan spell ran out the season before last? Ok, he's looked a tad better when he played for Liverpool last season but jeez.

The world has gone fucking mad if brad smith is worth 6 million. One footed and couldn't cross. Bad defensively and not a tackler. The only assess he has is pace.

Not really, just reflects the huge over-inflation of player transfer values all the way up and down the scale. Apparently £30m is now considered "average" in the PL, making £6m in the "bargain bin" or "worth a punt" category. Actually, you're right, that is madness, but it's not solely around Brad Smith

Madness and just a sign of the massive gap between the haves and have nots. The further up the leagues you get the more removed and ridiculous it gets.
Ain't capitalism great.

Fuck me, £6m for Brad Smith?!
I had a kick about down the park with my son today.
I did 15 'keepy uppies' followed by a sweet volley into the half pipe wall... I'm in danger of being worth half a mil just for that!

6m because he's at a Premier League club, when there are likely to be dozens of better left backs in the Football League (sorry, EFL).

Likewise....this sort of thing is annoying, I remember having a whip round when we played Tranmere back in early Div 4 days, so that their team bus could be paid for....later some Tranny knobheads, were waving imaginery £notes at us lot protesting round the back of the Arkells. It's worth noting that Charlton fans had a whip round for us so that our Yoofs could go off to Ulster to play in the annual Milk Cup....a decent bunch.
