Ive just had a guestlist request for this gig / horse racing meet Im doing tonight and one late guest is none other than Super Sammy Parkin.  Having checked it is indeed that one as well.  So I dont know if he's playing anywhere any more but he is still going to horse races.  Cliched footballing behaviour.

I'm sure you'll ensure he is treated as the very best of guests. He'll be the best on the list. SSP!

SSP is in good company on this PFA list of players with no club atm.

http://www.thepfa.com/transferlist/listedplayers/sortbydate/cf/-1/-1/-1/-1/1/

Other noted and not so noted strikers include Rory Fallon, Gary Alexander, Elliot Benyon, Jamie Cureton, Alan Connell of permananent players and Jo Kuffour and Calvin Andrew of loan players.  Kayden Jackson gets in, but poor chap doesn't even have a pic.

Kind of reminds me of the knackers yard for old Swindon steam locos down at Barry Island.

Fair play..I suppose he showed he could be OK in the Conference North last season with the proper Oxford team.

I imagine the fact that Belford Sr. was watching a lot of the Swindon Town development side last season helped get Jackson the gig.

Adam Rooney tearing up Europe again. Next up against Real Sociedad! Whilst you can take the piss at the standard of Scottish football the lure of Europe for average players must make it brilliant.
