Yeah, can't think of anything worse - rising up the leagues, making it to the top division, being competitive and staying in the top division.

Sucks to be them. Give me shitty L1 footy any day!

Depends want you want. I'd rather be in the Conference and sustainable than the Prem backed by a dodgy Russian over-spending millions and millions.

To me football is about accessibility and culture. True Bournemouth fans have probably lost a lot of both.

Posh have had a bid for Jake Reeves of AFC Wimbledon rejected.

Real shame we let him go and kept Anton Rodgers.

TBF Jake wanted to play, and it wasn't Anton keeping him out rather Luongo, Kasim, Louis, and Gladwin...all of whom we've sold for decent money (I'm assuming Kasim is a goner)

Yes, I shouldn't have said let him go as I think we wanted to keep him. I had forgotten about those guys being ahead of him at the time. Shame as he would have been useful now!

For a minute, I thought you meant Arsenal!

Lee Marshall featured as a trialist for Bath City in their 4-0 win over Partick Thistle.

Well, if all we did was put our hands in buckets I can see why they laughed at us.
What good doesn't putting hands in buckets do?

Plus, ultimately we're jealous.

I think this is the main issue regarding Bournemouth and some of our fans.

Personally, I don't see the issue with them.

Really?

Nah, I'd rather be in the Premier League with a dodgy owner than watching non league football, personally.

come on, sustainable conference football for Town is everyone's dream..

if you come from Oxford.

joking aside, if the choice was a journey finishing with 3 years in the prem then bust, or 20 years in the conference and sustainable I'd go for option 1.

I'm guessing Sheffield Wednesday weren't interested then. Despite a number of people moaning about his release or not getting a chance it would appear he just wasn't good enough...

If that Sheffield Wednesday game was anything other than an 'exit' trial then I'd be quite surprised.
