Hes been injured a lot this season as he was with us and all his time at Carlisle, shame as he seemed to be very promising when we signed him, how careers can change quickly with injuries.

I imagine the Cumbrian lasses will miss that - there is definitely some booty up here!

If I remember the club took some stick from the usual suspects for not re-signing him, looks like a good decision with his injury record. Although he would have fitted in quite well this season & spent most of it injured.

It is a real shame for him though, when fit he was actually quite good

I thought he was going to be the black Shaun Taylor but his knees we made of Crunchies....probably looking at rolling contract now due to injury...I hope he gets one.

Cox will end up in League 1 this summer I reckon, it would not surprise me to see him at Sheffield United - Adkins signed him at Reading and rated him.

Sean O'Hanlon released by Stockport County.

Stockport will be spending at least a fourth season in the Conference North. When it's not going so well for Swindon, I always think of poor Stockport fans.

The released list used to be fun. Now it's just a list of the signings other clubs will make. I'm fine with that as it avoids the Gareth Whalleys, but does take some of the fun out of it all.

I still, however, love a retained list.

Have some of that, Daser.

At 29 I would imagine Le Fondre will be able to get a club in the Championship. Henderson is pretty finished I reckon.

Henderson is a great option for a big-spending L2 side - Luton possibly.

ALFie will get a Champ club no problem but might take a bigger lump of cash by going into a big-budget L1 side.
