Was always into his speedway I seem to remember.  Really not sure how he got involved or what he did during his time with us, outside of making a tit of himself.
He was brought in to act as a front of house spokesman/figurehead and to give the board some credibility. Well, quite.

I remember seeing him at the Speedway and he was going round telling everyone that Bristol Rovers were going to be ground sharing with us whilst they rebuilt the Mem like it was some big achievement. When I posted it he tried to get hold of me for a 'chat' and denied everything and became very stalkerish with messages, even joined and posted a couple of times on the adver forum if I remember rightly. He really was an utter clown........

Because whilst not being a world beater he was nowhere near as bad as Town fans made out, was another of our many regular scapegoats.

He's been playing in midfield for Rotherham, picked up their POTY trophy as well

Wes Morgan has shown quite well that you don't have to be good with the ball at your feet to be a decent centre back in the Premier League.

Very true. You do have to defend though and City have shipped 70 goals this season. No idea how Flint's been playing but scoring a few at the other end always helps get a centre back noticed.

Don't know why but that sentence brought back memories of Ooh Shaun Taylor playing for us. What a warrior he was.

A Shaun Taylor now at either end of the pitch would have been quite handy this year!

Somebody posted me a link to the That's Football documentary the other day, and when OST put us 3 up at Wembley, the commentator said that was his 13th goal of the season. Has a Swindon centre-half ever beaten that total?

I don't think any defender has scored more in any one season although Rowland and Owen both moved back to CB at the end of their careers their higher scoring seasons were as outright centre forwards.

Bodin did score 12 goals in the same 92/93 season from left back which is the same number of league goals as OST got (OST scored one in the coca cola cup to make his total 13).
