Taking my daughter to her first game v saints, and too much hassle to drive back, so going to stay over. Looked at Jurys and the central holiday inn, does anyone know which is the better one? Ta v much.

Cheapest is going to be Holiday Inn Express - good rooms, sensible rates and my Niece is head receptionist

The Jurys Inn is OK - Use it quite alot for functions and bit and bobs

jurys have a deal at the moment, £20 a room (yes a room not pp) its subject to t+c and needs to be booked online in advance

ye ive just read into more and its only the 5 new ones, including swindon, the southampton one isnt included in the offer

In which case the Premier Inn or Jury's Inn are a lot closer and will be easier to get to and from the stadium, the Holiday Inn is over the other side of the city centre if it's the one I'm thinking of.

Traffic in and out of Southampton is a nightmare, especially on matchdays so getting taxis around match time may be more of a struggle.

I should have mentioned the wife will be there also . although she's normally reluctant for me to hit hotel bars late at night for some reason!
