ahh this is sad - Kingy was rude and funny - His aftermatch interviews will never be beaten - I wish him well - he runs a pub now right?

Nice guy, tried his best and was always freindly with supporters, hope it wasn't a bad one and he's back on the road soon.

Grew to hate him as our manager but wish him a speedy recovery. Did he eat the £10 breakfast ?

I liked him for a long while - he needed to go in the end though. Hope he makes a full recovery.

I have to say i met Mr King at a supporters doo and he was a very receptive man answered questions honestly, has a real affection for the club and has played a part in our history.I think hes a real character and is not afraid to speak his mind, which a lot of people didnt like,Mr King i hope your on the way back from your illness as i for one will be glad to see you at the County ground in the near future.

I loved the way he would always bring up his wife Barbara in his post match interviews...

It gave a sort of late 70's sitcom feel to the post match experience, she was this rarely seen, 'er in doors kinda character. Class.

Get well soon Kingy...

I met Andy on a number of occasions before matches and he was always a great guy towards me. I know a lot of people didn't like his brand of football but they took it all too personal with him.

I wish him a full and speedy recovery.
