That's a good way to round the weekend off!

Not meaning to put Kylie down in any way, but in terms of music they are streets apart.

I'd have the Killers down as a League 1 outfit......Kylie definitely Prem.

They've got a couple of decent songs but that's about it. :boring:

The Killers are good but it's a year or two too early to have them as head liners isn't?  Bit like the Darkness last year at Reading, when a band only have one mainstream album to play to the crowds I don't think that's what headlining's all about.  Foo's at Reading will be quality head liners!!!

thats a fair point, but looking at the bill they seem the only ones I can think of who would have the universal appeal to headline. and its a bit of a last minute job

True, I suppose it is too late to get a world famous, legendary band to fill Kylie's gap.

Last time Foo's were over here my mate won some tickets on the Chris Moyles show, to go to the radio 1 secret gig, only 200 people in the joint.  Foo's played a 90 minutes set that was pure musical heaven.  They are superb, can't wait for the new double album to come out.  I'm not going to Reading either, but I'm keeping my eye out for any warm up gigs by the Foo's.

I love how they refer to Kylie in that as simply - Minogue. Cool
