If we had never had Parkin and he had the same stats we'd be all saying "let's have a look at him". It's a free transfer and in this current climate surely we cannot simply rubbish this?
Sol Davis also applies.

I agree. Paynter most of the time would be better than SSP now. But Parkin would be more consistant. Nothing wrong with an old school 4-4-2 in League 1. Paynter and Parkin? |
