Also went in this morning when I dropped the kids off to FITC, kids shirts cost me £85 for 2 new shirts with names and number on the back Sad The goalkeeper kit is very nice still not sure about the home kit but anything is better than Millwal's new away kit http://www.millwallfc.co.uk/javaImages/dc/eb/0,,10367~6810588,00.jpg

I went in the shop for the first time today to check out the new gear.

The iron on logo looks shit, cheap and tacky to me. Admittedly, as iron on logo's go its a decent one but I don't think that makes up for it myself. Bearing in mind the premium they've added to the prices of Adidas gear without the logo's, they are taking the piss.

I can't help but wonder if Adidas wanted to clear some old shit out of their warehouse, so they offered it all to Swindon then got some temps in to iron the logo's on. The end result is it all looks like Adidas gear, with iron on logo's - the sort of thing you'd get from a market.

Only thing that tempted me was the goalkeepers shirt, except all the goalkeeper bits spoiled it. Its a pity they didn't use that design for the away kit, I'd have bought one.

A goalkeepers shirt with "goalkeeper bits"? What were they thinking?

Me and Hertha had the same conversation at half time and came to the conclusion that

1. The keepers kit is lush if it wasnt for the padded elbows

2. The keepers kit is only for fat little kids

That's what I meant to say.

And no I didn't buy anything. Which is saying something as I'm 100% Adidas and was planning to buy loads of stuff, but as I said before it just looked cheap, tacky and over priced. I need some more sports gear and will just buy the regular Adidas stuff instead, which is a bit sad.
