From what I understand, the shop will become an Adidas outlet and will be run by Adidas. Not sure if that's completely right or how that works in practice for the club.

if thats true then i think it could be a good move by the club as i think it'd do pretty well.
Addidas has a good name in sportsware so wont just have replica stuff for stfc they'll have everything. So even away fans visiting may be inclined to buy something other than a programme so it'll all help
