I had Pork Shoulder as well,it only cost a fiver and would have easily fed 4 or 5 normal people.As it was me ,my Brother and the Dog ate it all.I alway make my Dog a Roast Dinner,trouble is he wont eat Dog food for the rest of the week.

Sounds like a well put together mid-week supper, especially if it's a nice evening. Not for a sunday though.
Also the peas sound like a step too far. I like peas, but is it really an essential addition to the cabbage?

I went to the Old Boathouse at the Cotswold water park for lunch - lovely pork roast, other half had rib eye steak. In the evening I went to Los Gatos with friends and had a very nice dinner.
I very rarely eat out on a Sunday in general so twice was one hell of a treat!
