Very well done on the pitch, from my lofty perch it looked as good today as it did on the first day of the season.

I would still like to see some more interesting patterns mown into it, but that is a discussion for another time.

Looked great, but a few people did seem to go ass over tip. So are they just a bit clumsy, or is there further work to e done under the glossy surface?

Thanks for the support. The pitch is in breat condition. But........it's all coming up starting on 19th May. It's going to be slit widthways this year to aid drainage. (for this season it ways lengthways) Goal mouths are also being dug out and raised. I think we'll get some pictures this year during the process too.

There's a vacancy there now as well, they've sacked the groundsman. A bit harsh seeing as the problem with the pitch is that they put concerts on it 100 times a year and they have no intention of stopping that.

I thought the pitch was a bit bobbly yesterday and looked like it needed a lot of water on it.
