The recommended maximum intake is 2,000 for women and 2,500 for men.

Fat people fucking disgust me. It's easily worse than smoking in my eyes.

I'm waiting for the day when it becomes socially acceptable to have a go at fatties in the street.

I presume he's talking about people who've taken it way too far

I'm talking people like these who make up excuses and then want something for nothing. And to be honest I'm a bit sexist and don't really mind fat men.

I mean, at what point do you wake up and think to yourself, "hold on, I'm a bit on the portly side here. Perhaps I should do something about it?"

15 stone?
20 stone?
25 stone???

For me, I would shit myself if I broke the 13 stone barrier. But that's just me.

Obviously, also build. Not everyone is supposed to be the same size, but let's be honest there has to be a limit.

Pfft its easy to say that when you're all young and lovely.

Im a fatty but haven't always been, it just creeps up on you over the years.I try and live fairly healthily but it doesnt make any difference.I dont eat loads,I probably eat much less than I used to.I dont go to a gym or anything because I can't afford it and its mind numbingly boring ,but I do cycle to work and walk my Dogs for a minimum of an hour every day. Ive even drasticly cut my drinking and thats not helped either,so im going with the "fat gene" idea and sticking to it.
