Today will ultimately prove if our players really do give a shit. This game is massive in so many ways. We HAVE to win, we have Franchise, Colchester, and Leeds after. So it's vital we get the 3 points tonight. I would like to see Timlin boss the midfield like he did in the second half against Scunthorpe, and McNamee starting from the off. We have to attack these poor bastards.

We have to win against them, there are no options, a draw is not good enough, they are the worst team in the league on a bad run and conceded shed loads of goals.

But

They are a bogey team for us and a local derby (despite what some fans think!).

We have to attack from the off and play with a very attacking team and not hoof balls in to the box all the time, run at their fullbacks take them on get the crosses in for Paynter and Cox and they will score.

If we just hoof it thats meat and drink for a Martin Allen team, they will lap it up and hit us on the break and snatch a winner.

I didn't realise that Lloyd Owusu had buggered off to Brighton for the rest of the season until this morning.  He is one that has been a pain in the arse in the past so good riddance, until we play Brighton at least.

Clean sheet would be nice!

And Westwood, thier best defender on loan from Peterborough went back this morning (or after todays game) depending on which web site you read.

I would go with that team apart from Chrissy Allen....whether Peacock or Kanyuka or Easton in his place.

Otherwise it looks attacking, maybe more attacking with Awankman in instead of Smith.

Kanyuka and peacock are 50/50 so may well see Easton tonight, and i suspect as someone mentioned on another thread that robson-kanu, has a must playunless injured clause in the loan deal, tonight may well prove/disprove that theory.

Could you not just fucking stay where you are? This is getting to the sphincter tightening end of the season and, rationalist though I am, I'm prepared to grasp at any straw that might keep us afloat. If that means a self confessed jinx making the sacrifice of missing the game and settling down in front of Heston's Victorean Feast instead then that's what should happen.
