http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2009/feb/22/fifa-half-time-extension• Plans will be discussed at meeting next week • Fifa concerned over players having no time to rest I often feel rushed and slightly flustered at half time. Especially so with the queues at the Cross Bar, it can be a stressful time, so an extra 5 minutes would be most welcome. I imagine our friends in the Town End will be less receptive towards it, as there isn't really much to do in there is there apart from sing and make animal noises?

Of course it's not long enough, extra time at half time would mean more adverts for the televised matches, Sky could pay out more and the rich would get richer and the rest of us stay skint! |

They didn't appear this week, at least I never spotted them, but I try to forget all about them anyway! Stick to buying things at half time JFW, it will do the club more good than watching "those awful cheerleaders"! :eatkf: |
