Major fucking weird shit going on for me, i can't access Google or any Google products/products.

Loads of the Internet is out of bounds because any sites with Google Ads don't load and any sites with Analytics hang. I've changed ip and tried to access via Google's ip, and still have no access. I can access by other laptops on the network and can access when cabled, just not via wireless.

I've hunted for a solution and the closest i've come to finding a solution is using TKIP instead of AES with WPA-PSK security as apparently this appears to be a problem. This hasn't worked for me. But it does appear to be a wireless issue.

I can proxy in without issue and have performed a tracert on Google, withn no issue. I've also performed a tracert on my dns and several ips i've used. No unusual DNS settings are running and i also don't have any viruses or Spyware.

Anyone have any ideas they wanna throw out there please?

This is driving me insane. You really have no idea quite how much of the Internet is using Google's services! Smiley

Oh yeah, sorry tried that as well thanks Sam. I even switched user agents to see if there was something related to that, but again, nothing. One other thing i forgot to mention, just because someone will tell me to do it Smiley, Cookies/Cache have been cleaned along with wiping the Flash cache of any cookies.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Hadn't checked that Sam, so got a bit hopeful there, but no Google. I forgot to mention that i've flushed dns as well. And turning it on and off also failed to work thanks gk-nash.

This is only a Wireless issue from my laptop. Friends laptops and cabled access is fine through the same router. That's what i find really fucking weird, especially as my pc comes up clean on all scans performed so far.

Haven't got some random MAC filtering set on the router have you?

Or if it's just your laptop then have you checked firewall and TCP-IP settings?

Kept having to reset my wireless router and it was fine for 10 minute then started to hang again.

Tried it last night and it was stable

Very wierd shit

I've been wondering if it's the Firewall, because a few months ago i changed firewall and it's a pretty complex little fucker with warnings when you even copy and paste from a browser window. I'll disable it in a minute and go wireless again, because i've been uninstalling software like crazy incase it's something i've installed.

I do have MAC address filtering on my router, not in any weird config or anything though - there's about 10 MAC addresses allowed access. Can this cause problems then? I'll disable that as well, i mean it's not as if i have no security on the router! Smiley

Yeah, i had it once before, months and months ago, but could still access by ip then, now i can't access regardless. I hate being without Google for too long! I'm sure it will right itself in the end. Smiley

With the fact that it's specific to my PC, kinda implies that this is a solvable problem. I'm invariably wrong on some level though. Cheesy

I thought it may have been a conflict between Firefox and AVG, but it was happening with Chrome as well

Yeah, i came across someone saying something about AVG, maybe i'll fuck it off, because i keep meaning to move to Kaspersky and this problem is driving me insane. (My Ethernet cable is only about 1.5m long so can't sit at a desk!)

Removed AVG and MAC address filtering, still no access. Someone said the best Spyware software is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, so am currently scanning with that in the vain hope the problem can be solved. It has so far found 2 infections, which is 2 more than Spybot and Ad-Aware found, so fingers crossed. Firewall to go next.

Try updating your wireless drivers...
Disable all security on the router, if this works then add back in one at a time...
Windows upadtes?!

I'm at a loss, that's a weird problem.
