Obviously all of the same ilk then.  That fucking Skurrays should have an official "robbers" licence.  Dick Turpin got hung for less than what they get up to!!

phone your local trading standards and complain.
most dealerships are cunts,i had my year old car serviced at the dealer under warranty conditions yesterday.£255 for more or less changing the oil and filters.fucking robbing cunts.they even charged me for a windscreen washer fault which they claimed was due to the pump being clogged up?!?! i argued it was a year old car and had only had pre mix washer fluid in it,sdo should be covered by warranty. they argued it wasn't a part at fault,so £16 was added to the bill.roll on the warranty end so i can take it to the garage i have used for years who dont add stuff on.

and i like caravans,i'm thinking of buying one.

See I've never ever had a problem with skurrays, yet had issues with Fish Bros Peugeot.

As most have said its down to the dealership, and most are 'stealers'.

The Vauxhall dealers in Swindon are cunts. I once smashed into some bird at a low speed, who i fortunately worked with, and she took her car to the dealer. There was no visable damage, but there needed to be just north of £1,000 of work doing.

I was extremely angry with the dealers, as the work they claimed needed doing, didn't need doing in my eyes. So after a protracted arguement i agreed to pay and said i wanted all the parts they removed. She got her car back and then when i phoned to collect said parts, they said they couldn't discuss the car with me because it wasn't mine, denied having ever spoken to me, meeting me when i paid, having any "parts" or even promising them to me.

I used to dream of how sweet it would be to cause £1,000 of forecourt damage courtesy of Nitromors.

We were hit from behind on the M4 once, at a low-ish speed.  I got out didn't look much damage at all.  It wasn't til I arrived at my destiantion that I had a chance to have a proper look, and realised all the damage was underneath the car.  Final bill (covered by her insurance) £1,500, so even though it doesn't look like much damage has been done, quite often there is plenty to get the car back to it's original condition.

I would also like to think that if the innocent car driver's car has been damaged and being done via the "at fault driver's" insurance company the garage do their best to get it back to the best possible condition, which means spending at bit of money on it.

Ensure that you mention in your letter to Vauxhall Hoffice that you are in communication with Autotrader/what car etc etc.....this normally stops them fucking you about as they cannot risk bad press.

Worked for me a few years back with a Voyager my boss had (countless problems for months) .....load of bollox but they swallwed it and it got replaced in the end!

i would have got one by now but dont have room on my property to keep it(unless i pave over the garden next to the drive)for a first van i wouldn't want to pay too much either.
i do think that caravan owners should have to sit an advanced driving test, as some pulling them are absolute cretins.

I have found Audi to be most helpful and the 2 times I have had my car serviced have had no problems and the bill has been most reasonable. (less than 100 Euro both times for a yearly service)

Not much help for you people in rip off Britain but thought I would post my two penneth worth!

We went to St just in Roseland last year and the weather was grand, saying that we have had some real shockers as well. Going to try the Gower Peninsula this year and then down to normandy in late September to do the Battlefield visits.

Ive got mine in storage over the winter, i got a really cheap one to start with to make sure that we enjoyed it and then upgraded to a really nice one. Agree about the driving test, some people cant even reverse the things.

ours is on the outlaws drive as we've not got room.

We're thinking of taking ours to the Isle of White this year. We have to take into account a 5 and 7 year old with traveling so don't fancy goin much further just yet
