Top game, shame the Cards lost.  Got my ticket to boo the Patriots next season, too.  Yay me, Boo Pats.

saw up to half time...bed called when springstein started:) that hundred yard 'rty' as jake humphries kept saying was something special, considering the bloke looked like he'd had one too many pies and pints.and needed the oxygen throughout half time.

it was a proper team effort, without the superb blocks made by the other steelers they'd have wrapped him up midfield.

It was indeed a great game. Much closer than I thought it would be. What a shame Pittsburgh won though. I really hate them. I actually hate them us much as Oxford. It all hinged on the Pittsburgh interception just before half time. The Cardinals are a great team to watch, I don't know how anyone can find them boring Huh?

I also have my tickets for the Wembley game in October. I'm hoping to see a couple of games in The States as well. Not sure where yet.

I may be going over to watch the Jets the week before the Wembley game, if it's at 'home', and if I can get tickets.  NY's a great city.

I don't know how you were thinking of getting tickets but I've used this before and they are excellent...www.ticketsolutions.com

Fantastic journalism by the sun today, a tiny 16th of a page devoted to it, with a picture of santonio holmes holding the Lombardi trophy, with a caption underneatch saying "holmes with his MVP award". Fucking hell...

Yep, that's pretty crap but in a way I'm quite glad. I wouldn't want it to get too popular (no need to worry about Mex coming over to the dark side I suspect) and they start up a franchise in London. To me, the NFL is all about America and part of what makes it unique. I'm quite happy going over there to watch games (although I'm also quite happy going to see one game a season at Wembley) I just like things how they are.

I didn't know Santonio Holmes got the MVP award but I'm not surprised. He is annoyingly good. Whenever people talk about the Steelers they go on about the defence but their offence is pretty shit hot as well. I hate them.

I'm gutted that the Evil Empire won a 6th Superbowl.

Just hope the Bucs can beat the Cheatriots at Wembley Smiley

Why the hatred of the Pittsburgh Steelers?

Does Dan Marino still play?
