You are meant to add 30 seconds per sub though Tails.
That's actually a load of bollocks. If the sub is done in 10 seconds tghe ref should only add ten seconds on. If the guy takes 1 minute to leave the pitch the ref is meant to add on 1 minute. I'm not sure if the 30 second thing was a guideline at some point or if it was media invented, but it's not in any official refereeing handbook that I've seen
