why are they allowed to register even one of them?

the rules state that if you've played in the WAFFA cup, you can't play in the WAFFA CL the same season. Simple as. Clubs in europe have based their January signings on this rule. If I'd bought a cup-tied player, I'd certainly appeal now too.

is it FIFA crumbling to a big club, or is there a legitimate reason for them changing the rules for Real?

 Hmmm it says under existing rules they can register 1 player. how is that bias?

Believe it or not there are different rules in the non-leagues than what there are in pro football
