Losing at Colchester on a freezing December evening is better than the Ashes.

There are only two things in sport that I really, really, really care about when it comes to sport and I'm not playing. Football World Cup and the Ashes. Nothing comes close to them.

By the way, silly mid on is a fielding position. It's called 'silly' because its dangerous

It's a tough choice but I think I'd take the three points for Swindon.

I've considered how I felt this time last year, and how I have felt after losing Ashes in the past.

The footie wins it for me, not a day goes by I don't consider Swindon Town in some sense, but I generally only follow test cricket, so it's not so prevelant in my heart.

It would be great if we can do the Aussies over this summer though, and I hope to go out there for the next series, but nothing would compare to us doing a Luton next season.

Totally agree with this summation. Though i would settle for play-offs and an ashes draw.....

Although I do enjoy my cricket, I would have to say Swindon to go up as it has more of an effect on me (going to games, talking on forums etc.!)
