This fella, who is apparently 120, puts his longevity down to yoga and celibacy.

Well, maybe keep trying on the yoga then Reg, think the ship might not just have sailed but been round the harbour a few times, weighed anchor, taken part in the odd transatlantic run and been retired for cruises on the other one Smiley

Lived in Suffolk for 14 years, Prior was our mp and not a bad one at that!!  Problem was once he became secretary for NI security around the country lanes was a big problem, if you went out at night and stepped off the beaten track you were liable to be stopped - drink driving was not too much of a problem in that area!!

Used to love his GWR late night phone in as a teen.

Yes, used to listen to the show when on night shift in late 80's.
Funny when he used to cut people off.

A group of us from work got invited for a tour of the studio in Bassett by another DJ at the station.
I was desperate to find the loo and nearly blundered into Dave Barrett's live broadcast while about to undo flies!

The name rings a bell. I think he did a phone in about ganga once. 'Twas hilarious.
