Here's some music to cheer us up

Wrong Peaches!

Maybe this is more appropriate:

They crucify you when you get it wrong
When things are fine they put you ahead
They laugh at you with your trousers down
They pick the stones and aim them at your head
When you're alive they won't care what you said
What you deserve and all the blood you bled
It doesn't matter what you try to hide
The sun comes out and then the truth is read
Your fans'll love you when you're alive
But the wreaths are laid by the rest instead
When you're alive they won't care what you said
What you deserve and all the blood you bled
'Cos everybody loves you when you're dead
Kneel and pray by the side of your bed
And everybody loves you when you're dead
Kneel and pray just like your momma said
When you're alive they won't care what you said
What you deserve and all the blood you bled
You'll turn in your grave at what's gonna be said
You'll finally be appreciated
'Cos everybody loves you when you're dead
'Cos everybody loves you when you're dead

You're quite eloquent when not floundering under a tempest of your own impotent rage.

Yeah it's surprising what a course of CBT and a daily dose of Citalopram can do for you.

Me too - there was another book in the offing.  "Adrian Mole and the coalition years".  Wonder if it was finished.. Sad day.

You've done your motorbike training? Agreed, good for the soul.

Thats a shame, he was a big town fan, he used to sit next to my dad in the North Stand back in the 70's, nice bloke and would always speak to Town fans even if he was a bit of a snob. RIP.

I'm pretty sure it has been said that he was involved in getting macari here. Not sure I have that right though.

I heard similar but don't know how true it is. If it is indeed true then that was a major contribution in Swindon Towns history.
