 I always use Best BBQ on Vic Hill....my kid when in Swindon swears by Mamaris in Devizes Road...I point out I was put off when it was closed with a cockroach infestation. He points out, they've got rid of the roaches.

If any of you are stuck down in Exeter then Raj and Paradise up the top end of town are ace. They're takeaway Indian efforts which also do kebabs. Which means you can get a heap of donor meant with the salady bits on a giant naan. Top that with some delicious yoghurty mint sauce and you've got a meal that I used to eat when I was sober. Brilliant stuff.
