Gordon banks is cool
He probably hears the phone in after the game. It's like the Emperors Clothes, apparently Smith ios utter dogshite and Brez is the best goalkeeper since Gordon Banks....

No. Brez was better. Anyone who saw him at Histon can confirm he's as flappy as fuck.

Both Keepers have suffered a dip in form and from the games I've seen Brez play this season, he's poorer than Smith.

Put a midget in goal - at least it would add comedy value.

Either a Goalkeeping coach who improves keepers, not fucks them up, or a new keeper.

Having said that, I really don't think Smith did much wrong today. His kicking has certainly improved.

i guess its one of those things about being a keeper! you make one mistake and its not so easy to hide from it and almost always proves costly! they are an easy target i guess!
i think its fair to say that both of our keepers have shown they can be a class act so id say your probably right herthab and the solution is to sort the coaching side of things!

I thought we had two decent goalkeepers before this season started.
I now know we don't have any decent goalkeepers.

How many points have they cost us this season already, time for a change!!!

He dropped the ball once when hit straight at him, his kicks from hands and from the ground all high bombs, he was at fault with the goal. What game did you watch?

He dropped it? I saw him fumble, but he held on. His kicks from hand were high, probably because he was told to get it up to Paynter whenever possible (Although when he had the option, he rolled it out to our fullbacks) I disagree that he was to blame for the goal, he punched it to the edge of the area, the Carlisle player still had to get a shot off through bodies.

But blaming the goalie is always an easy option................

What else did he have to do apart from a couple of crosses.
He has cost us many points this season, he is not good enough.
