Maybe they saw the change in manager coming and decided to get the new man in first and let him have some input ?

Surely it will be up to the new manager to decide on contract extensions by who he wants in his squad, who he see's for the future, so that would explain why no deal has been put to them.

Whilst I can see and understand your points you have to be a right retarded manager if you didnt think Morrison and Macklin had enough talent to be professional League One players.

we will lose both maclin and morrison to bigger clubs, just a matter of when and for how much.it's easy to spot the outstanding players in the youths and they have shone when i've seen them.macklin was a bit of a hot head at times though.

he is, he still reminds me so much of Christian Roberts. Who we miss this season.

Everything about him apart from being blacker and less Welsh. Might as well make the most of Morrison and Macklin while they are here though.

Its almost criminal they arent on long term deals.
