Yeah he always looked as if he was just about to round the corner to being half decent.

If we'd have paid £50,000 instead of the £300,000+ we did I think he'd have done OK.  That sort of pressure can get to a young man.

I always wonder aswell whether he'd have scored shit loads if his debut goal against Colchester had been allowed.
