How about "You're My Drug" by the Dukes of Stratosphear (aka XTC)?

It's a bit psychedelic, but catchier than Red Brick Dreams....difficult to sing along to, though!

Something I heard on tv and was done back in the 60s at Liverpool and Everton (which led to Youll Never Walk Alone being adopted)

Might be a concept worth investigating for the people who organise the match day music before the game.

They used to run down the current top 10 and play them in order - like a chart show pre game. I know music isnt quite what it was - altho some would argue its better - but I would welcome this and it would always give you the latest music over the PA - music is about the only thing you can hear and understand!

Doesnt have to be a top 10 - could be a top 5 ..

I like the idea anyway - of course you would still have the Rockin Robin dance section and music to come out to after that.

The club would have to pay mega bucks for that.

Probably been suggested already, but has to be Fatboy Slim's Right Here, Right now for me.

Also, though I hate the fact we play music after we score, I'd rather we had Chelsea Dagger by The Fratellis than I Feel Good or whatever bollocks it was last season.

I work for PRS for Music, it wouldn't matter which songs the club played it doesn't change the price, the fee they pay is worked out on attendances throughout the season.
