i suggest Brezovan should never have been dropped, due to Malpas' chopping and changing of the keepers both will be short on confidence as Smith has showed, Malpas dropped both of them last season and the keepers were both shot to fuck, yet he didnt learn and done exactly the same this season

If you've two keepers of similar competence, it's basic management, that if one is out of form, then you play the other. Hoddle, used to do it, with Digby and Hammond, although clearly Digby was much better than Hammond.

From what we've seen of Phil Smith over a couple of seasons the one thing you'd think he wouldn't do, was drop free kicks into the goal. I'd imagine Brez will start on Tuesday.

If Swindon wanted to they have a 3rd option and that is let the youth keeper have a game.

Mark Scott number 36, he cant play any worst than what P.smith has been of late.
Did you actually think at all before posting that? Smith has to be dropped after last night coming so close on the Leeds game and other lesser howlers, but I've seen abstract paintings with more perspective. Plus if you really want Brez to urgently start instructing his agent to find him another club come January, playing an untried youth keeper in front of him is pretty much exactly the right way to do it.

What football qualification have you got then? Arsenal play their youths so where's the harm? Did you think before posting-nope don't think so

It doesn't really matter who we play as long as someone takes a drum.

I'm sure arsenal youths are in no way better than our youths, what with them being a Premiership club with vastly more resources. Oh wait, yes they are.
