There was a router update and i was made aware that there may be some downtime. How long was it offline for, because they said it should be somewhere between 20 minutes and 2 hours?

About an hour and a half ish I think. Nothing too mental.

Cool. That was, from what i can tell, our first downtime on the new TEF. Also pleasing that nothing was done by us to cause it. Sweet.
