I would suggest that Calderwood hasn't been successful at Forest. (Well, not what Forest fans consider success).

He got them promoted I suppose and he did only play a total of 8 games for Forest!

Ling played there from 96-2000. Then was coach from 2001 to 2003 then manager from 2003 onwards.

That almost 12 years at the club!
