I don't understand why fans are talking about Malpas in a negative way? What do they think it is going to achieve?

Fitton outlined his (long-term) business plans about the club to all potential managers, and Malpas' (long-term) plans about the football side of the club met Fitton's.

Fitton will never sack Malpas because he is here for the long haul.

Why are people so fickle and expect the result next week, when it is merely a consequence for the bloke that saved the club (Fitton).

Just chill out and enjoy the ride.

Oh we love Maurice Malpas,
Oh we love Maurice Malpas,

as the reds go marching on on on

Blank expression on yer face
you cross your arms,
you show no emotion,
don't wave to the fans
you let dave byrne shout at everyone
that's what it's all about

Oh we love Maurice Malpas,
Oh we love Maurice malpas,
Oh we love Maurice Malpas
as the reds go marching on on on

I can offer a very simple explanation Boeta.

We've been playing very very poor in some games and the defence has looked shakey since Malpas joined a 3/4of a year ago. Some people have lost patience.

Don't think for one second the Directors were happy about losing to Leeds in that fashion either.

If you write it backwards and then take away and add some letters, then Maurice Malpas is an anagram of Super Winning Team. That's all the evidence I need.
