I can get on this site, when my access has been restricted to all other non-work related sites?

I seem to get a quota of non-work related surfing time per day, most of which is spent looking at various football sites. Once that is up the only non-work site I can get on is this one. :?

Its up to the IT department though rather than him. Dunno if Dazzza has worked some magic because I cant get on the adver forum when I've had my quota.

maybe it's because the website hasn't got football/Swindon Town FC plastered all over it.
