I think they should have a pie eating contest.

Rory and Paddy's Great British Adventure, channel 5, 9pm tonight. Attempt to break the world record for eating a Pie.

It's in Wigan, which must be a suburb in Beijing. Probably.

One of the women at the office has drawn a picture of Usain and stuck it on the front of her cupboard. I've had to tell her off for making "a Bolt for the door"

Tangentially ...

My dog is an ironmonger. I said "walkies" and he made a bolt for the door.

My other dog is a landowner. I kicked him in the balls and now he has two achers.

I didn't think I would watch much, how wrong could I be, I have been getting up at 4am each morning just to keep in touch, its been well worth it.

We've got it on at work all day, it's ace, people stop by have a chat about what's going on, great event.  It's great that there's no footie sideshow, just events that you normally wouldn't watch, rowing, cycling, even athletics, it's the only time I watch these sports.

I would like to see Chris Hoy on one of those bmx's - he would slay.

I am going to get my bike out of the shed tomorrow and have a go on that track round the back of the Oasis  Cool

I've never understood how these sports people manage to swallow those asteroids. Perhaps they just break a piece off?
