I watched King Of Kong, last night, basically about a guys attempt to beat the world record for Donkey Kong held for 20 years by a shify Nick Cave lookalike, lots of dodgy goings on and backstabbing, really worth a look if you have even a passing interest in video games.

Just watched Quantum of Solace, and I likey.

I do like the revamped tougher, rougher yet more sensitive Bond and I think that Daniel Craig pulls it off very well.

Being a bit of a bond fan, and not just the films but the whole bond persona, I know that the last two (which are also the first two) bond films along with sequels will see the raw bond develop into the cultured, sophisticated suave Connery type bond that we are so familiar with.

I am looking forward to the next movies and I hope that Daniel Craig stays as part of Bond's development.

I just watched "The Bank Job", starring the UK's premier action hero Jason Statham.

This man has it all: He can growl menacingly, he can ripple, and he has a hairy chest. What a man.

In fact I would go as far as to say he is in the top 2 active action heroes worldwide.

Not so much a film, but I started watching Band of Brothers on Blu-Ray tonight. I've seen the series before, but watching it again in high-def was immense. At the end of Ep. 1 where all the planes take off the sound was fucking awesome (through my stereo) and it sounded like my front room was going to take off.

I've got City of Men but still haven't got around to watching it. City of God is quality.
