Comic written by Alan Moore, and drawn by Dave Gibbons. Rated as the greatest graphic novel of all time. It was the only graphic novel to appear on Time's 2005 list of the 100 best English-language novels from 1923 to the present.

I doubt the film can possibly live up to the book but it does look cool.

other amazing comics/graphic novels:
arkham asylum
preacher (all nine books)
v for vendetta*
30 days of night*
sin city*

*all better than films

I watched the new Futurama film last night, Into the Wild Green Yonder. It made me giggle so it must've been ok.

Juno is a good film, not much happens, but still good. The soundtrack is one of my faves of the last year or two also.

Cool, I thought that'd be out soon. I'll have to download that.

How does it compare to the other 3? I thought the second one - "The Beat with a Billion Backs" with the league of robots and all that was the best. The first one was pretty good too, but the last one with the dungeons and dragons stuff was poor.

Gonna watch Grand Torino tomorrow night. From the trailer I've seen and the reveiws, it should be a decent film.

Get Smart is one of many recent comedies that are too long.

Never having seen Get Smart and going from publicity surrounding it and the long tradition of rubbish hollywood comedies I'm going to guess you're right and its shit.

I also found this. I quite enjoyed Steve Carell but the whole thing was about half an hour too long.

Not bad at all, maybe enjoyed it a bit more after expecting so little.

Just watched Ghost Town, thought it was really good. Kinnear and Gervais (who I'm not generally a fan of) interacted really well.
